The subject of the order /CPV Code: 34144910-0; 31158000-8/ is the production, delivery, issuance, and transfer by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of ownership rights, as well as the provision of warranty service for brand new:
a) 6 pieces of standard urban buses (MAXI) powered by electricity, low-floor,
b) 5 pieces of articulated urban buses (MEGA) powered by electricity, low-floor.
The scope of the basic order also includes the delivery of chargers.
The detailed scope and terms of delivery of the subject of the basic order as well as the options are specified in the SWZ, the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) which constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, and the provisions of the template contract which constitute Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right, which involves expanding the order by 7 buses and 4 wired chargers.
