Framework agreement for the call-off of services for the implementation of SPRUNG (including the introduction of SAP).
Service content and qualification requirements planned call-offs include the following areas of expertise: - SAP S/4HANA transformation: process consulting, professional consulting, and technical implementation - Further development of existing SAP ECC 6.0 systems (commercial modules and HCM): process and specialist consulting as well as technical implementation - Introduction of an ITSM system (planned: ServiceNow) with prospective use as Enterprise Service Management (optional) - Project management for the mentioned projects - Establishment and operation of a transformation center that evaluates requirements and target processes, manages them, and develops system-overarching implementation proposals. As part of this invitation to tender, the services are to be awarded within the framework contract to be concluded. The services will not be awarded in a lump sum but will be called off as needed by the contracting authority within the contract duration. The project phases presented in the document are based on estimates and do not guarantee a specific call-off quantity. It is assumed that the largest volume may be called off in the first 2.5 years after the award. The framework contract will also end when the total value of the individual call-offs reaches the estimated contract contingent mentioned below. This mentioned contract contingent thus also represents a maximum amount. Throughout the entire duration of the framework contract, a contingent of approximately 11,400 person-days for individual call-off orders is estimated. Of this, about 1,800 person-days are attributable to the (optional) introduction of ServiceNow as a new ITSM tool. Although the order volume has been carefully estimated by the University Hospital RWTH Aachen based on needs, the exact amount of the contingent to be awarded cannot be guaranteed.
