Description:
The contract involves delivering, installing, configuring, and launching a comprehensive Network Detection and Response solution, including physical and virtual components, software licenses, and support services, funded under a European Union grant for enhancing cybersecurity.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, configuration, and launch of a comprehensive NDR (Network Detection and Response) solution in the contracting authority's environment, including physical devices (appliance) and virtual components (virtual machine images), software, licenses, documentation, integrations, and implementation and support services (hereinafter referred to as the “System”). 2. As part of the contract, the Contractor will provide the Contracting Authority with licenses for the software and operating systems referred to in Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract provisions (hereinafter referred to as “PPU”), required for the proper functioning of the System for a period of 36 months from the date of drafting the acceptance protocol without remarks, as referred to in §2 item 4 of PPU, and a guarantee of the proper operation of the System for the same period. 2.1. The subject of the contract will be implemented as part of the grant agreement numbered KPOD.05.10-CR.01-001/24/0023/KPOD.05.10-CR.01-001/25/2025 under the grant competition entitled “Cybersecure Government” funded by the European Union as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan funded by the Instrument for Reconstruction and Resilience. Investment C3.1.1. Cybersecurity – CyberPL, data processing infrastructure, and optimization of the infrastructure of state services responsible for Cybersecurity safety - Cybersecure Government. 2.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in: 2.3 The draft contract provisions (hereinafter referred to as “PPU”), the template of which constitutes Appendix E to the SWZ. 2.4 Description of the Object of the Order (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”) which is Appendix No. 1 to PPU.
