TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is preparing a procurement process for the rental of indoor air purifiers as a total service for the needs of TeeSe Botnia Oy and its owner communities. The procurement concerns (preliminary plan) air purification devices delivered as a total service and related repair, maintenance, and upkeep services. According to the preliminary plan, the goal is to create a framework agreement with several (2 - 3) suppliers for facilities used in various ways, such as schools, daycare centers, and offices.

Owner communities of TeeSe that commit to the competition in advance and later during the contract period will acquire devices according to their needs as outlined in the request for proposal.

This notice is not a procurement notice or a request for proposal, but rather a planning notice. This planning notice aims to inform the market about the upcoming competition, to identify interested industry participants and potential providers, and to consider the appropriate procurement method for the total procurement. Participation in the planning notice is not a requirement for participating in the competition. Not participating in the planning notice does not prevent participation in a possible competition, and responding to the planning notice does not affect the position of the provider in the actual competition in any way.
