Description:
The project involves expanding the existing HPC computing cluster with the supply and installation of various computing servers, infrastructure components, and integration with current systems as part of the NOMATEN CoRE and PolFEL phase 1.1 initiatives.

1. The subject of the public procurement is the expansion of the HPC (High Performance Computing) computing cluster owned by the Ordering Party, cooled with "hot water," along with the installation and expansion of the technical infrastructure for these systems, as part of the NOMATEN CoRE and PolFEL phase 1.1 projects.
2. The subject of the order includes:
a) Task 1: supply of CPU computing servers (with a total computing power of at least 0.64 PFLOPS FP64 and 20000 in units expressing the product of the base clock frequency in GHz and the number of physical cores of the entire cluster from Task 1)
b) Task 2: supply of CPU computing servers (with a total computing power of at least 0.9 PFLOPS FP64);
c) Task 3: supply of GPGPU computing servers (with a total computing power of at least 1 PFLOPS FP64 Vector)
d) Task 4: supply of GPGPU computing servers (with a total computing power of at least 0.5 PFLOPS FP32 Vector);
e) Supply of mounting cabinets, power devices, heat exchangers, and other cooling system devices, piping and cabling necessary for the installation, commissioning, and proper operation of the supplied computing systems;
f) supply of switches, cabling, and other components necessary for the implementation of the required network environment (Management network, HPC Frontend and HPC Backend);
g) integration of the subject of the order with the current infrastructure of the Ordering Party, including:
• adaptation of the hot water cooling system to the installed RACK cabinets;
• upgrade of the automation system and BMS, including changes to the configuration of systems;
• hydraulic balancing of the entire hot water cooling system;
h) performing necessary restoration works after the conducted works;
i) training in operating the supplied devices;
j) developing as-built documentation covering the entire project, including the inventory of the existing state;
k) conducting functional and performance tests;
l) providing a warranty for the supplied devices and performed works and ensuring maintenance service for them.
3. The subject of the order is detailed in Volume III of the SWZ (OPZ) and the terms of implementation in Volume II of the SWZ (PPU) - Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
4. The minimum required warranty period for the subject of the order is 60 months, counting from the date of acceptance of the subject of the order (signing of the acceptance protocol), without reservations by the Ordering Party.
5. The deadline for completion of the order: up to 10 weeks from the date of signing the contract, but no later than May 29, 2026 - including installation, comprehensive implementation, training, and conducting tests.
6. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to conduct a site visit before submitting the offer. Participation in the site visit is mandatory. Participation in the visit requires prior notification in order to obtain a pass. To obtain a pass, it is necessary to provide a list of individuals who will participate in the visit along with the following data: first name and surname, ID number or PESEL. To enter the NCBJ area, it is necessary to have a document confirming the identity of the persons participating in the visit. All detailed information can be found in TOM I, Chapter 1, § 6.8 of the SWZ.
7. The order has not been divided into parts due to the necessity of cooperation of all tasks specified in TOM III SWZ (OPZ) and the connection of servers from individual tasks (tasks 1-4 in OPZ) with a common Ethernet and/or Infiniband network, depending on the variant chosen by the Contractor.
8. The Ordering Party anticipates awarding the existing supplier of deliveries, referred to in Article 214 § 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law - orders for additional deliveries aimed at partial replacement of the delivered products or installations or increasing current deliveries or expanding existing installations, if changing the contractor would obligate the Ordering Party to purchase materials with different technical properties, which would cause technical incompatibility or disproportionately large technical difficulties in using and maintaining these products or installations.
