The subject of the contract is the implementation of e-Services at the Alfred Sokołowski County Hospital in Złotów, carried out as part of Investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of healthcare through further development of digital services in health care” Component D “Effectiveness, accessibility, and quality of the healthcare system,” in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract for individual parts which are Annexes No. 2.1 - 2.4. to the SWZ. The aim of the undertaking is to streamline operations and improve the quality of medical care provided by the Alfred Sokołowski County Hospital in Złotów through the integration and expansion of the provider's IT systems, digitization of medical documentation significant for treatment and prevention, actions to increase the hospital's cybersecurity level, implementation of AI solutions, and connecting to the central medical data repository.

Integration and expansion of the provider's IT systems.
The task includes comprehensive actions aimed at implementing solutions that enable efficient and secure flow of medical information, compliant with interoperability standards, applicable legal regulations, and guidelines of the e-Health Center. As part of the task, comprehensive integration and expansion of the hospital's IT systems will be carried out. The contractor is obliged to execute the order under the principles and conditions described in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract which is Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ, and in the projected provisions of the agreement which constitute Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ.

Digitization of medical documentation significant for treatment and prevention.
The task includes the digitization of medical documentation created in the past and the implementation of solutions that allow for the ongoing generation and storage of documentation in electronic form. Actions for the digitization of medical documentation significant for treatment and prevention will be carried out as part of the task. The contractor is obliged to execute the order under the principles and conditions described in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract which is Annex No. 2.2 to the SWZ, and in the projected provisions of the agreement which constitute Annex No. 4.2 to the SWZ.

Actions to enhance the hospital's cybersecurity level.
The scope of the task includes necessary actions to eliminate identified gaps in the areas of: backup, mail protection, network segmentation, protection of workstations and servers, vulnerability management, security policies, and staff training. As part of the implementation, it is planned to implement security systems (EDR/XDR, SIEM, firewall), modernize backup, SOC services, update the ISMS, and conduct cybersecurity training. The contractor is obliged to execute the order under the principles and conditions described in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract which is Annex No. 2.3 to the SWZ, and in the projected provisions of the agreement which constitute Annex No. 4.3 to the SWZ.

Implementation of AI solutions and connection to the central medical data repository.
The task involves improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare by applying solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI) and integrating the hospital with the central medical data repository managed by the e-Health Center. As part of the task, integration with the Intelligent Services Platform (PUI) regarding AI will be carried out, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making by the doctor. The contractor is obliged to execute the order under the principles and conditions described in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract which is Annex No. 2.4 to the SWZ, and in the projected provisions of the agreement which constitute Annex No. 4.4 to the SWZ.
