The works within the public procurement contract of works of the type "design and execution" for the project "Design services, technical assistance from the designer, and execution of works related to the public investment: EXTENSION OF THE BOARDING/DISCHARGING PLATFORM WITH 5 POSITIONS, CREATION OF A RAPID CLEARANCE ROAD, EXTENSION OF THE LIGHTING NETWORK, TVCI SYSTEM, MARKING, STORMWATER DRAINAGE, RELOCATION OF MEDIUM VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND FIBER OPTIC" will be executed according to the Feasibility Study and comprise the following activities:
• Design and technical assistance activity
• Execution of works Object 1.1 – Extension of the boarding/discharging platform with 4 positions category C and 1 position category E + rapid clearance road (BRAVO-TWY B)
• Execution of works Object 1.2 – Stormwater drainage
• Execution of works Object 1.3 – Electrical installations and marking
• Site organization
• Tests, attempts, verifications, in compliance with the current legislation;
• Reception upon completion of the works;
• Ensuring intervention works during the warranty period for the executed works;
• Final reception.
Estimated value excluding VAT: Currency: 49,080,431.58 lei
The number of days until which requests for clarifications can be made before the deadline for submission of offers/candidatures is: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly, completely, and unambiguously to all requests for clarifications by publishing the consolidated response in the "Clarifications, notifications and decisions" section related to the participation announcement, 11 days before the deadline established in the simplified participation announcement for submission of offers, established in Section IV.2.2. "Deadline for receiving offers or requests to participate" from the participation announcement, provided that the request for clarifications is sent in a timely manner.

The estimated value of the contract to be awarded does not include the amount for miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses amounting to 4,932,056.42 lei without VAT specified in the project budget (general budget), these being accessible, as the case may be, depending on needs, at any time during the contract execution by modifying the contract, under the conditions provided by art. 235 ÷ art.240 of Law no. 99/2016 regarding sectoral public procurement, respectively ANAP Instruction no. 1/2021 (Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses WILL NOT be subject to the financial offer).
Also, within the above-estimated value are not included the values related to expenses with the budget margin and for the establishment of the implementation reserve for price adjustment in the amount of 12,621,165.92 lei without VAT (Expenses related to the budget margin 6,310,582.96 and Expenses for the establishment of the implementation reserve for price adjustment 6,310,582.96), sums that can be accessed during the contract implementation period respecting the provisions of art. 237 of Law 99/2016 concerning sectoral public procurement with amendments and modifications subsequently,
The total quantity, as well as the technical specifications are detailed in the technical documentation published in SEAP.
At the end of the execution contract, all works must be completed according to the approved design documentation.
