The procurement of a Video Colonoscopy System with artificial intelligence and a patient management module is desired, necessary for expanding the material base with state-of-the-art equipment that will ensure the completion and execution of activity A1.1. "Procurement of equipment, consumables, and services necessary for carrying out prevention activities, early detection, diagnosis of colorectal cancer, as well as the costs necessary for equipping prevention centers" within the project “Regional program for prevention, early detection, diagnosis, and early treatment of colorectal cancer South West Oltenia (ROCCAS 4 SVO)”, financing contract 112876/30.09.2025, SMIS Code 344756.

The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting bids is 15 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests at least 10 days before the established deadline for submitting bids.
