manufacturer-diverse and device-specific testing environment for digital pathology,
enabling robust, cross-manufacturer development, validation,
verification, and quality assurance of artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools in
computer-assisted pathology (Computational Pathology).

Scanner Type 1 - High-throughput scanner with water immersion.
The funds promised to the client will lapse if the contract object is not fully delivered, handed over ready for operation, properly invoiced, and paid by 31.12.2026.
The contractor expressly assures to fully deliver the contract object to the client, hand it over ready for operation, and properly invoice it by 11.12.2026.
The client can withdraw from the contract without cost or compensation if the contract object is not fully delivered, handed over ready for operation, and properly invoiced by the contractor by 11.12.2026. Further statutory and contractual rights of the client remain unaffected.

Scanner Type 2 - Various imaging modalities / polarization / oil immersion.
The funds promised to the client will lapse if the contract object is not fully delivered, handed over ready for operation, properly invoiced, and paid by 31.12.2026.
The contractor expressly assures to fully deliver the contract object to the client, hand it over ready for operation, and properly invoice it by 11.12.2026.
The client can withdraw from the contract without cost or compensation if the contract object is not fully delivered, handed over ready for operation, and properly invoiced by the contractor by 11.12.2026. Further statutory and contractual rights of the client remain unaffected.

Scanner Type 3 - 2 table scanning units for rapid sections.
