The Danish National Special Crime Unit (henceforth, “NSK”) is currently in the preparation phase for a tender regarding an eDiscovery software with the aim of enabling and broadening the use of it on a national basis in the entire Danish police. As part of the preparation for a future tender, NSK would like to invite potential contractors to provide their input.

The purpose of this market dialogue is for NSK to gain a better insight into relevant products and services on the market, and thereby enable NSK to prepare the best possible tender and material.

For this purpose, NSK would like to invite potential contractors to make a demonstration of their standard eDiscovery solution and to answer a number of questions related to the software and the use of it.

The demonstrations will be conducted in a dialogue meeting.

Material about the dialogue meetings and the questionnaire is available in NSK's electronic tender system.

If a potential contractor wishes to participate in a dialogue meeting, the potential contractor is encouraged to send a message using the message-tool via NSK's electronic tender system, including a short description of the potential contractor. The dialogue meetings are expected to be convened before the 22th of December 2023. NSK therefore encourages requests for participation to be submitted before the 5th of December 2023.

The respondent selected for participation will receive an invitation. The invitation will inform the respondent about the specific date and time of the dialogue meeting and the requested date for submitting answers to the questionnaire.

Additionally, it shall be noted that NSK is free to choose whether and to what extent the information provided during this marked dialogue will be included in a future tender.
