1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of software for managing the Pathomorphology Department of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Price Offer.
2. The technical-functional parameters are specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
3. The order also includes:
1. delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, granting of indefinite licenses for an unspecified duration for the system
2. training of personnel in the operation and practical use of the system, after prior written agreement of the date with the Ordering Party, concluded with the signing of the “Training Protocol”,
3. handover for use along with all required attestations and certificates,
4. a 24-month warranty counted from the date of signing by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party and the Contractor the “Final Acceptance Protocol”
12 months of post-warranty service.
The task will be carried out as part of a project co-financed from the funds of the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 no. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for Infrastructure for Residents Activity.08.06 Health Protection Infrastructure (project type II).
The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure pursuant to Article 257 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, if the public funds the Ordering Party intended to allocate for the financing of the entirety or part of the order are not granted to him.
