Implementation of an integrated and interoperable software solution with clinical and non-clinical applicability within the project "Digital eHealth Governance and Interoperability within the Câmpeni Chronic Diseases Hospital," which will ensure: the digitization of interactions with third parties, digitization of specific internal and institutional flows (support) / digitization of processes, interoperability with other institutions/health units concerning data integration/consolidation and replication; training courses for employees.

Any interested Economic Operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 20. Any request for clarifications must be sent through SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro), after the Economic Operator registers for the award procedure. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, through a consolidated response.

The IT solution that is the subject of the project aims to address in an integrated, interconnected, and interoperable manner all three components mentioned in the Applicant’s Guide, preparing a digital architectural ensemble that harmoniously combines hardware equipment and software applications intended for both the clinical part of the health unit and the non-clinical part, in order to optimize processes and flows at the level of the health unit, according to the specifications in the terms of reference.
