The aim of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with a framework agreement partner. The partner shall provide ongoing consulting and support services for the Executive Board Department of Procurement (VR EKF). These include (among others) the establishment, further development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of project and risk management. In addition, the future service provider shall ensure professional support for relevant tender projects as well as for business controlling.
