The target of the acquisition is the posting and routing artificial intelligence to be used by the Church Service Center as a software service and related services.

The object of the procurement consists of a software service and its implementation, including support for use and other expert services needed to support the implementation and use.

The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 of the invitation to tender - Description of the object of procurement.

Based on competitive tendering, one supplier is selected. The procurement volumes presented in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute an obligation to purchase a quantity for the Church Central Fund or an exclusive right for the service provider to provide the service.

The aim of the tendering process is to provide all potential operators with equal opportunities to participate in the tendering process in accordance with the requirements of fair, non-discriminatory, transparent and proportionate procurement law.

Tenderers are not entitled to reimbursement for the bid or other documents they have submitted.
