1. The subject of the order is the "Supply of IT Equipment" as part of Project No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0025/25 titled "Increasing the efficiency, availability, and quality of the healthcare system through the digital transformation of SPZZOZ in Staszów," co-financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan - Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare," which is part of component D "Effectiveness, availability, and quality of the healthcare system." 2. The goods offered by the Contractor must: a) meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the Specification of Terms of Order, in particular the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order - attachments with required technical parameters. b) be factory new, fully functional, not refurbished, not demo version. c) be produced no earlier than 2025, d) comply with quality and technical standards resulting from function and purpose, e) be free from material, structural, physical, and legal defects, f) not be encumbered with any rights in favor of third parties. 3. The offered Subject of the Order must be complete with all components, parts, and materials necessary for its operation and use. The offered subject of the order must meet the Ordering Party's requirements. 4. The description of the offered product should leave no doubt for the Ordering Party. It should follow from the description that the offered subject of the order has the same parameters as required by the Ordering Party or better, by clearly indicating the parameters of the offered equipment. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in this SWZ and: - Attachment No. 2 – Required technical parameters – Packages No. 1 and 2, - Attachment No. 3 – Price and assortment form – Packages No. 1 and No. 2, - Attachment No. 4 – Draft agreement. 6. The description of the subject of the order should be read along with any amendments to the content of this SWZ, which are the result of answers provided to the contractors' inquiries.
