The subject of the work is the implementation of cutting-edge technical solutions in the field of electric energy storage in battery accumulators associated with the production of electric energy in hydraulic turbines and, at the same time, the integration of the electric energy storage facility into the existing installations at CHE Porțile de Fier II, according to the requirements of the technical-economic documentation 'Battery Storage Facility at CHE Porțile de Fier II'. The project 'Battery Storage Facility at C.H.E. Porțile de Fier II' primarily involves carrying out the following activities: a) design, manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning of the storage unit, including tests for grid connection and for qualifying CHE+BESS as a Reserve Supply Unit; b) realization of the interface with existing installations; c) integration of the storage facility and Joint Control Active Power CHE Porțile de Fier II in the existing command and control installations; d) carrying out construction and assembly works while respecting quality, health and safety at work, and environmental protection requirements in accordance with current legislation. Number of days until requests for clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation can be submitted before the deadline for submission of offers: Days: 18 (before the deadline for submission of offers). The contracting entity will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. Any operator has the right to request clarifications regarding the documentation. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators before the established deadline.
