The subject of the order includes: 1) delivery of 2 pieces of brand new low-floor city buses, powered by electricity, with a total length ranging from 11.8 meters to 12.20 meters, hereinafter referred to as EV12 buses or electric buses, 2) delivery, installation, connection, and first start-up (and if necessary, design and obtain all permits) of one brand new mobile plug-in charger, dual-station with a power of greater than or equal to 80 kW (2x40 kW), ensuring the possibility of charging one EV12 bus with a power of 80 kW or two buses simultaneously with a power of 40 kW each, hereinafter referred to as the Plug-in charger or wired charger 3) design and execution of construction works in accordance with Article 103 sections 2 and 3 of the Pzp Act, aimed at creating modern infrastructure for the charging of public transport vehicles, for the needs of charging electric buses, i.e.: a) design of installation and connection, obtaining a building permit and exercising authorial supervision over construction works concerning the construction of the necessary infrastructure (including the construction of a bus loop) for the delivery and installation of 1 piece of brand new pantograph charger (electric and road industry), with a nominal power of 250 kW, hereinafter referred to as the “pantograph charger” located at ul. Królowej Jadwigi, b) delivery, installation, connection, and first start-up of a brand new pantograph charger, 4) training, warranty servicing and post-warranty servicing: EV12 buses, Plug-in charger, pantograph charger. 2.
