The subject of the contract is the delivery of a class C2 unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) equipped with a camera along with a set of accessories, with a warranty of at least 24 months and training for 5 people (A2 type training completed with an exam and instruction in operating/flying the drone, at least 6 hours of flights for each member) for the needs of the Mazovian Customs and Tax Office. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope, and the conditions of its implementation are specified in the description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract – the model contract (hereinafter referred to as the model contract), which constitutes Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
