SUPPLY ALONG WITH INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE - KPO 50/PN/2025.
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a magnetic resonance imaging system in the newly built Magnetic Resonance Laboratory of the Provincial Specialist Hospital named after Janusz Korczak in Słupsk Sp. z o. o. located at ul. Hubalczyków 1. The subject of the order includes the installation of magnetic resonance imaging along with the equipment in assortments and quantities as specified in Annex No. 2 Assortment and Quantity Form and Description of the Subject of the Contract Part III SWZ.
2. The subject scope of the order has been detailed in the attachments to the SWZ. In particular, the Draft Agreement – Part II SWZ – specifies the conditions for the execution of the order, the Description of the Subject of the Contract – Part III SWZ requirements regarding technical and quality parameters, warranty conditions, and the rules for conducting training. The description of the subject of the order should be interpreted together with any changes in the content of the SWZ, resulting, among other things, from the answers provided to the bidders' questions.
