LOT 8 - Microorganism identification system of the Maldi TOF type
The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 15 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
In the event that, for whatever reason, the budget credits are not allocated, for a period of 36 months from the date of approval of the procedure report, the award procedure will be automatically canceled, provided that there is no other source of financing, in accordance with the provisions of art. 212 para. (1) letter c) thesis 2 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, making it impossible to conclude the public procurement contract. Bidders in this procedure understand that the Contracting Authority cannot be held responsible for any damage in case of cancellation of the award procedure, regardless of its nature and regardless of whether the Contracting Authority has been notified about the existence of such damage. Bidders in this procedure accept the use of the above special conditions/suspensive clause, assuming full responsibility for any damages they may suffer in the described situation. The maximum period during which the suspensive clause operates is 36 months, so, in case the condition of signing the financing contract is not fulfilled, the award procedure is canceled.
