The framework agreement, consisting of a single lot, is executed through the issuance of purchase orders as needs arise.
The services are defined in the Special Technical Specifications document (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières, CCTP). Services will be remunerated by applying unit prices stipulated in the commitment act to the quantities actually executed. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount fixed for the contract and for each group member. The maximum contract amount is set at €3,824,000 excluding VAT for its entire duration (including renewal periods). The maximum amounts fixed for each member are indicated in the commitment act.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period starting from 01/01/2027 or from the date of notification of the framework agreement if the latter is later. The initial period runs until 31/12/2027 inclusive.
The framework agreement can be renewed three times for successive one-year periods. The total contract duration, including renewals, cannot exceed 4 years. The estimated amounts given as an indication cover all renewal periods.
