At the same time, it ensures timely identification and response to potential threats, minimizes the impact of cyber incidents on operational activities, and enables advanced forensic investigation of past events. The subject of the Public Procurement also includes analysis, acquisition of necessary licenses for the tool, its deployment, configuration according to requirements (work), and subsequent service and development support (service support /"support services"/ and methodological support services /"development services"/). More detailed specifications of the subject of the Public Procurement are provided in annex no. 1 of the tender documentation Technical Specification and in annex no. 2 of the tender documentation Catalog of Requirements. The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a service contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), which forms annex no. 3 of the tender documentation. The Public Procurement is implemented within the project titled "Cybersecurity of the Prague 1 district", co-financed from the National Recovery Plan program, based on Call No. 46 - Cybersecurity - district municipalities, project registration number CZ.31.2.0/0.0/0.0/24_145/0011567. The contractor is obliged to comply with all rules and conditions arising from the mentioned grant program, which relate to the Public Procurement.
