SEAI intends to establish a multiple-party supplier framework for technical consultancy to support the development and scaling of district heating and decarbonisation projects in Ireland, providing access to various advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a prior information notice (PIN) to notify the market of SEAI’s intention to publish a Call for Tender to establish a multiple- party supplier framework agreement for the provision of a Technical Consultancy Framework to support the development, delivery and scaling of district heating and wider heat decarbonisation projects across Ireland. The framework will provide SEAI and public sector project sponsors with access to technical, commercial, financial, legal and policy advisory services covering all stages of project lifecycle. The framework will support national climate action objectives by strengthening delivery capacity and enabling the accelerated deployment of decarbonised heat projects. The estimated total budget over approximately 4 Lots is estimated at €6.8 million excluding VAT. The expected maximum term of the framework, including extensions, will be 4 years.
