The HafenCity Hamburg GmbH plans to realize an office building in timber skeleton construction at the location 'Am Dalmannkai' as a zero-emission office building with a total gross floor area of approximately 8,600 m². The zero-emission office building is to be CO2-neutral in the overall balance of construction, operation, and deconstruction. The innovative overall concept serves as a regional flagship project, demonstrating the feasibility of a climate-neutral office building with contemporary comfort and flexibility, and aims to achieve the certification of the HafenCity Environmental Label Platinum Plus. The construction material wood is used both structurally and aesthetically. A large-scale facade and roof greening makes an important contribution to the microclimate and provides high quality for urban space. In this tender, construction services for the high voltage and self-power supply systems are involved. The tender documents include the specification of services along with annexes. The specification contains optional services, which are marked as such. Maintenance work is also an optional service. Here, the client reserves the right to commission the services or not. The evaluation of the bid price is based on the total bid amount including the options. Bidders are offered a site inspection within the bidding period (from January 5, 2026).
