The subject of this public procurement is the supply and installation of a fully functional assembly of devices for whole-genome, whole-transcriptome, and amplicon sequencing of suspended cell samples and sections of solid tissues from a single cell level upwards. This system will be intended for performing high-precision sequencing of nucleic acids and for conducting advanced transcriptomic analyses at the single-cell level directly from tissue sections. The assembly will be used to address a wide range of innovative research tasks handled in international research consortia, with translation into new standardized diagnostic methods (according to Article 5 (5) of EU Regulation 2017/746), monitoring minimal residual disease in acute leukemias, including the analysis of genetic changes in tumor cells, identification of mutations associated with disease progression with high accuracy, and detailed characterization of genomic traits of tumor and immune cells of patients for the needs of the Scientific and Diagnostic Oncology Center FN Motol. The offered devices must meet the technical requirements for the subject of the contract stipulated by the contracting authority, as set out in Annex 1 of the purchase contract - Technical Specification of the Subject of Performance. The subject of performance also includes post-warranty service of the devices. The contractual relationship between the contracting authority and the supplier will be governed by a Service Agreement which will be entered into with the selected supplier after proving compliance with all the conditions required by the contracting authority.
