The service for conducting an analysis of the social aspects of the just transition of the Silesian Voivodeship.
1. The subject of the order is the service for conducting an analysis of the social aspects of the just transition of the Silesian Voivodeship.
2. The description of the subject of the order (in short: OPZ) is included in Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ/Attachment No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract.
3. The draft provisions of the contract (in short: PPU) regarding the above public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are included in Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ.
4. The Contracting Authority requires that the final report from the study be created in accordance with the principles contained in the current version of the Guidelines for implementing equality principles within the framework of EU funds for the years 2021-2027, in particular Attachment No. 2 Standards of accessibility for the cohesion policy 2021-2027 and in accordance with the principles of data visualization contained in the Visual Identity Book of the European Funds brand 2021-2027.
