The implementation solution provided by the bidder (hereinafter referred to as the “Solution”) must enable the collection and processing of data in real-time. This data will be provided by the charging infrastructure and the vehicles. The Solution must coordinate the charging of the vehicles through a bidirectional exchange according to an established scenario. It must comply with the functional and non-functional requirements of the specifications as well as the cybersecurity requirements. The Solution will also allow for the consideration of parameters such as electrical network restrictions, self-production, or energy costs.
