In both parts, the Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with a contractor for the provision of the following services pursuant to Section 105 (1) (a) of the Kbt.: For Lots 1 and 2: The Contractor shall be responsible for the remote supervision and operation of the Contracting Authority remote data sending devices installed in the area concerned by the given subtask, replacement and dismantling of devices, installation and, if necessary, repair of new devices for a period of 24 months. The deadlines for completion of each task are set out in the related technical specifications and draft contracts. On the basis of a framework agreement concluded with a single tenderer, the relevant procurement shall be carried out by direct order. The duration of the framework agreement shall be 24 months. Operation of remote monitoring of gas measurement - FG.
The contracting authority shall order and the contractor shall undertake to perform the following services: Gas metering remote monitoring operation -FG Currently, 3237 DW type remote data sending devices are monitored and operated remotely for 24 months at a flat monthly fee. In addition, the replacement and dismantling of remote monitoring devices based on direct orders, installation and, if necessary, repair of new devices are also part of the contractual task. The equipment fleet may be expanded by 10-100 DW type remote data sending devices per year, all tasks related to which – supervision, repair, maintenance – are the responsibility of the contractor. CASON AMR fitting and supervision of a new device installed in place of 1100 previous FTB devices may also have to be carried out (recording a ticket for possible faults, without repair and maintenance tasks). Details of the tasks, basic conditions and requirements for the system and equipment are set out in the technical specifications attached as Annex 1 to the Framework Agreement. The direct order will include the quantity of the Service(s), the place and deadline for performance, a reference to the Framework Agreement and the relevant technical specifications, and the unit price per item (which includes the service fee and any other costs incurred) detailed in the Price Table in Annex 2. The contractor shall perform his duties in accordance with the technical specifications, procurement documents, tender and other documents generated during the performance of the Framework Agreement and in accordance with the applicable legislation and professional rules.
