Works related to the project: "Improving the quality of life in Lugoj Municipality by rehabilitating green spaces and modernizing parks". The general objective of the project is to improve the quality of life for the residents of Lugoj Municipality through urban regeneration, focused on rehabilitating and expanding green areas, modernizing parks, and creating sustainable and accessible urban environments.

The estimated value of the procurement is carried out according to the provisions of art. 9 para. 1 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement: "The contracting authority calculates the estimated value of a procurement taking into account the total payment amount, excluding VAT, estimated by the contracting authority, considering any potential forms of options and extensions of the contract explicitly mentioned in the procurement documents".

Thus, taking into account the general estimate, the financial breakdown is as follows:
The estimated value is 41,334,768.46 lei excluding VAT, of which:
- C + M: 35,334,964.25 lei excluding VAT
- Machinery, technological and functional equipment that requires installation: 1,412,913.00 lei excluding VAT
- Equipment: 3,785,498.00 lei excluding VAT
- Intangible assets: 705,456.00 lei excluding VAT
- Related expenses for organizing the construction site: 95,937.21 lei excluding VAT

NOTE: According to the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, amended and supplemented by GEO no. 107/2017, the contracting authority establishes a deadline within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to requests for clarification/additional information from bidders as follows: - If the request for clarification/additional information is uploaded in SEAP within the deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submitting bids according to Section I.1) of the data sheet, the contracting authority will respond to the requests for clarifications before the deadline for bid submission by 11 days.
