The purchase of services and products necessary for the implementation of Measure 184 within the project 'Creation of a toolkit for enhancing cybersecurity skills applicable in priority areas of the economy and society' funded through Investment I15, Pillar II, Component C7 Digital Transformation, PNRR. The subject of the contract, which will be awarded at the end of this procedure, is complex and multidisciplinary, but its realization depends on the reactive potential of specialized personnel or those with specific duties, including: • Analysis, revision, and documentation of the needs for cybersecurity skills and their consequences on the priority areas of the economy and society • Evaluation, documentation, and monitoring of the cybersecurity maturity level (operational, technology, skills) for 1,000 key economic and public administration actors (including companies, SMEs, schools, hospitals, central and local public administration bodies) • Creation and delivery of a 'toolkit and government services' to enhance the cybersecurity maturity level of the 1,000 identified key actors.
Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/applications: 18. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
