LapIT Oy (Client) is an in-house company owned by municipalities, municipal unions, and welfare areas that provides ICT and data management services. Currently, our owner-customers include a total of 35 organizations, and our area of operation covers the regions of Koillismaa and Lapland.
LapIT Oy requests offers for SIEM and SOC services. The SIEM and SOC service is part of a total service sold to the client's customers. The complete package described in the request for proposal concerns both LapIT Oy and its customers who are included in the service. The client has the right to resell the purchased services to their customers and possibly also to customers who may join later.
The supplier has the option to provide the service either from the supplier's cloud or from LapIT's data center.
The contract will be valid for four (4) years from the date of signing, after which the client has the option to extend the contract on an ongoing basis.

All request for proposal documents are public, except for Appendix 6 Log Sources. If the supplier wishes to see the appendix, they must request an NDA from the client and return it signed to turvallisuuspalvelut@lapit.fi, after which Appendix 6 will be sent to the supplier encrypted by mail. During the request, contact information (name, phone, email) and the signatory's details (name, phone, email) must be provided.
The supplier must destroy the appendix when the procurement decision is legally valid.
