The procurement aims at the "Implementation/Expansion of a Video Surveillance System for Urban Mobility as an Integral Part of an Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Solution." In the proposed investment, the procurements mainly target the necessary equipment for the integrated video surveillance and traffic monitoring system in the Municipality of Turda, as well as the supplementation/equipment of the Command and Control Center, through the services of purchasing and installation of equipment. Ground equipment is proposed to be installed within the sites in the mobility corridors, to complement the already existing system, so that the uncovered areas/zones are minimized.
