OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT
The object of the procurement is a billing operations management system as a SaaS service and its implementation for the National Institute for Health and Welfare, including customer data, reception of billing data, billing, delivery of billing data, monitoring of billing, and product management. The implementation of the solution includes, among other things, the planning, preparation, and testing of the implementation, as well as data migrations and system integrations during the implementation phase. In addition, the implementation includes trainings (or training packages) designed and adapted to the needs of the Procurement Unit.

CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract will come into effect once it is signed. The contract is valid indefinitely. For more details on the contract period, see the request for proposals appendix A Draft Contract section 4.
