The proceedings are conducted in the mode of an unrestricted tender, in accordance with Article 132 of the Act of September 11, 2019 on Public Procurement, hereinafter referred to as the Act or Pzp.

Modernization of tourism and cultural infrastructure in the Municipality of Ogrodzieniec.
1. The subject of the contract is: 1) Delivery and assembly of a tent hall equipped with facilities allowing connection of lighting and portable heating devices, training in the form of stationary for employees designated by the Ordering Party in the technique of assembly/dismantling and transportation of the tent hall; 2) Delivery: a) four brand new electric slow-moving vehicles, including: - 2 two-person vehicles with enclosed cargo compartments, - 1 23-person vehicle with an enclosed passenger cabin, - 1 four-person vehicle with an open passenger cabin, b) catering equipment, tableware, and kitchen accessories, c) 2 mobile catering trailers, d) mobile toilet trailer, e) banquet furniture along with accessories, f) multimedia equipment with accessories, g) delivery of two brand new sanitary containers (portable toilets); 3) Construction of a catering container in the form of "design and build" in accordance with the attached PFU; 4) Construction of an external distribution board along with a power supply installation according to the technical documentation. 2.
