1. The subject of the order is the delivery of magnetic resonance imaging equipment along with its installation, commissioning, transportation, unloading, and carrying (at the cost and risk of the Contractor) in a manner and to a location indicated by the Ordering Party, to the Hospital Monument of the Baptism of Poland in Gniezno at 3 Maja Street 37 along with the adaptation of rooms.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference - Description of required technical parameters (OPZ) and Annex No. 11 to the Terms of Reference – Description of construction works.
3. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of alternative offers.
