Online platform mapping production reality in 2D and 3D digital dimensions; collecting Big Data and their analysis online to optimize machine changeover times and operator efficiency. Configurator for creating future scenarios based on the above information, allowing effective placement of machines, processes, and personnel. AI algorithms creating new production scenarios.
Main functionalities: • Visualization of the production line based on real-time data online; • Big Data: establishing communication methods, data collection and processing – instrumentation of the line, data acquisition methodology, validation and presentation of production and logistics process data; • Digital Twin: visualization of the line on real data and implementation of AI algorithms supporting production optimization; • Mapping real production data based on AI in 2D and 3D; • Collecting Big Data and analyzing them online; • Configurator for creating future scenarios; • AI algorithms creating new production scenarios.
Detailed requirements: • The system must visualize the production line in 2D and 3D based on real data, online, with updates close to real-time. • The system must enable interactive navigation through the 3D model. • The system must map key states of resource operation (such as working, downtime, changeover, failure) according to real data (Digital Twin). • The system must allow import or mapping of the hall/line layout based on commonly used data exchange formats (e.g., CAD/IFC/glTF) or equivalent. • The system must acquire data simultaneously from multiple production and logistics sources. • The system must support communication using commonly used industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP) or equivalents. • The system must validate acquired data for completeness and correctness. • The system must store historical data and make it available for analysis and export in open formats (e.g., CSV, JSON, XLSX) or equivalents. • The system must analyze data online and present indicators and alerts continuously, with minimal delay relative to data acquisition. • The system must allow defining rules and thresholds generating notifications/alerts. • The system must use AI algorithms to optimize machine changeover times and operator efficiency. • The system must present AI recommendations with rationale and estimated effects (e.g., reduction of changeover times). • The system must provide a scenario configurator for machine, process, and human resource placement, operable by the user with minimal programming needed. • The system must allow saving, versioning, and comparing multiple scenarios. • The system must allow generation of new production scenarios by AI algorithms and their simulation on real data. • The system must provide configurable dashboards and reports, createable and modifiable independently by the user. • The system must allow export of reports to open formats (e.g., PDF, XLSX, CSV) or equivalents. • The system must have an interface in Polish, compatible with current versions of commonly used web browsers. • The system must provide documented APIs (preferably REST/JSON or equivalents) for integration with external systems. • The system must provide role-based access control and integration with directory/SSO services (e.g., LDAP/AD, SAML 2.0, OIDC) or equivalents.
