The subject of this procurement procedure is to conclude two framework agreements containing the contractual conditions for fulfilling the relevant individual partial contracts for securing the aforementioned supplies: AC charging stations (22 kW), DC charging stations (22-25 kW).
Part of the fulfillment of each part of the public contract is also:
- Connecting the charging stations to the client's back-end via the OCPP 1.6 protocol and higher, with the actual communication being realized through the WSS protocol;
- Installation of charging stations at the designated location by the client according to the requirement of the selected supplier and
- An extended warranty for the charging stations with a total duration of 5 years.
The client will order the fulfillment based on the framework agreement concluded for each part of the public procurement, in the manner indicated there, always at the time and to the extent according to its current needs, in the form of renewing the competition. The framework agreement for each part of the public contract will be concluded for a fixed term until September 30, 2028, with four (4) suppliers who will be selected as the most suitable based on the submitted offers. The client is not obliged to draw upon the fulfillment from any framework agreement, and the obligation may be fulfilled prematurely.
