The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for 1 year (extendable 3 times for 1 year) with one contractor for outsourcing SIEM/SOC services. These services align with VLM's Microsoft security technology and include at least the monitoring of and first-line support for ICT cybersecurity incidents (24/7). Monthly reports will be provided and recommendations formulated. In addition to monitoring, it is also expected that the service provider will ensure a more comprehensive incident response for (significant) IT incidents in collaboration with VLM's IT team. The services will start on January 1, 2026.
