The purpose of the contract referred to in these documents is the provision of the service for "DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICES FOR DIGITAL TWIN" by open procedure according to the technical specifications that are published with the documents and whose set of integrated documents will have contractual character.

LOT-0001
Volume of the city.
The visualization and/or representation of the digitized elements within a digital twin is one of its basic services. Through this lot, on one hand, it aims to know and have the existing 3D resources about the city of Zaragoza, integrate the 3D visualization functionality within the spatial data infrastructure of Zaragoza, this functionality must coexist with the existing 2D representation, and have the capability to create non-existing 3D elements of the city.

Interoperability..
The City Council intends to establish a shared framework on which the different digital twins that it will use will be developed or adhered to, with the objective of this lot being the development of the necessary actions for it, with the final goal that the digital twins developed or acquired by the City Council meet the required levels of interoperability. Therefore, this lot includes: 1. The preparation and updating, during the execution period of the contract, of a common framework for the interoperability of the digital twins of the City Council and, based on it, the drafting of the model specifications that the different solutions must comply with. This framework will serve as a basis for coordinating digital twin providers in the design, development, and implementation of their products, in order to achieve interoperability among them all. 2. For each bidding process related to digital twins:- Based on the model specifications, drafting the requirements for interoperability to be included in the technical specifications (PPT).- Advising the contracting authorities for the evaluation of proposals regarding interoperability aspects, including, when requested, the preparation of reports on compliance with the requirements established in the PPT.- Monitoring the work carried out in bids to verify the proper compliance with the requirements related to interoperability, including, if necessary, the development of the necessary actions for the coordination among the different digital twin providers.- Validating the results of the contracts regarding interoperability, including, when required, the execution of tests.
The awarded party of this lot may under no circumstances participate as a bidder in those bidding procedures aimed at the development or works related to digital twins, in which it intervenes in the development of the works covered by this lot.

LOT-0003
ML workspace.
Digital twins are based on generating simulations from existing data; to do this, it is necessary to create predictive models based on ML algorithms that must be executed on a specific technological stack. With this lot, the goal is to provide the City Council with technical advice that defines the best technological environment to execute these types of algorithms. The professional profiles that make up that advice will deploy and manage said environment, supporting the ML projects in which municipal services participate that need to use this municipal infrastructure.
