1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a magnetic resonance imaging system along with equipment, installation, commissioning, and transport, unloading, and installation (at the expense and risk of the Contractor) to the way and place indicated by the Contracting Authority, to the Hospital Monument of the Baptism of Poland in Gniezno at 3 Maja Street 37 together with room adaptation.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of Required Technical Parameters (OPZ) and Annex No. 11 to the SWZ - Description of Construction Works.
3. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of equivalent offers.
