Lot 1 - Feeding and structuring a portfolio of innovation or AI projects.
The contractor establishes and/or adapts predefined methods, documentation, mobilized teams, and deliverables for projects that foresee the use or deployment of AI solutions to account for the specificities related to AI (skills, specific requirements, proposed AI models, the importance of data, etc.).

Lot 2 - Structuring and Management of Innovation/AI Projects & Governance Reporting.
The contractor establishes and/or will adapt the methods, documentation, mobilized teams, and deliverables for projects that foresee the use or deployment of AI solutions to account for the specificities related to AI (skills, specific requirements, proposed AI models, the importance of data, etc.).
