The framework aims to assist NHS and public sector organizations in developing and executing Green Plans through comprehensive support for Estates Decarbonisation and Energy Infrastructure Schemes, covering strategic planning, project management, funding application support, and full lifecycle service provision.
The framework is to support the NHS and wider public sector organisations with the development, and execution of, their Green Plans by providing a new procurement solution for Estates Decarbonisation and Energy Infrastructure Schemes. The solution would enable an end to end support offering, including specialist independent service provision and an additional totally managed solution option from early feasibility, funding approval, scheme delivery and contract management. Strategic Planning Support This Lot focuses on delivering high-level strategic planning services to support NHS and public sector organisations in their journey toward net-zero carbon estates. Project Planning, Feasibility and Programme/Project Management This Lot focuses on the detailed planning, feasibility, design, and business case development of decarbonisation projects. Funding Application Support This Lot provides expert support in securing funding and financial mechanisms to enable delivery of decarbonisation projects.
