The subject of the order includes, in particular: delivery, assembly, commissioning, and transfer to operation of a complete battery energy storage system (BESS) with minimum parameters: installed power ≥ 1.1 MW, installed capacity ≥ 4.15 MWh, along with the execution of required factory and acceptance tests, delivery to the site of operation, and training of the Ordering Party's personnel. The subject of the order must meet all technical requirements specified in this SWZ and in the Description of the Subject of the Order. Implementation of the subject of the order within the Framework of the Civil Protection and Defense Program for the years 2025-2026.
