Supply of Reagents for the needs of the Neurogenetics Unit for a period of twenty-four (24) months

Section 1 - Ion AmpliSeq Exome Kit 8 reactions, compatible with the Ion Torrent technology systems of the laboratory. Must include the following: Ion AmpliSeq Exome RDY Panel 1x8 and Ion AmpliSeq Library Kit Plus. Must contain a single 96-well plate pre-filled with primers for preparing eight libraries. Each well must include a blue dye for easy recognition of used or occupied rows. The workflow must not require more than 50 minutes of hands-on time and centrifugation steps, and the kit allows library preparation in less than six hours.
