"Sequencing Systems" - Supply and installation of research equipment within the project DEVELOPMENT OF GENOMIC RESEARCH IN ROMANIA (ROGEN)
The acquisition is structured into 4 lots, named:
✔ Lot 1 - Synthesis sequencing systems, incorporating fluorescent bases and optical detection, with short reads
✔ Lot 2 - Synthesis sequencing systems with electric detection, with short reads
✔ Lot 3 - Synthesis sequencing systems, with base detection through reaction attachment of fluorescent compounds and optical detection, with short reads
✔ Lot 4 - Synthesis sequencing systems, incorporating fluorescent bases and optical detection, with short reads and microarray capabilities
Economic operators will submit requests for clarification by the deadline: 18 days before the submission deadline for offers. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification by the deadline: 11 days before the submission deadline for offers. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP: https://e-licitatie.ro.
The procurement contract awarding procedure is initiated under the incident of this suspensive clause, in the sense that the conclusion of the public procurement contract is conditioned by the allocation of budget credits for this purpose, and the signing of the contract will be made respecting the provisions regarding the commitment of expenditures from the budgets governed by the legislation on public finances.
Considering the provisions of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement and HG no. 395/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, UMF Carol Davila Bucharest, as the Contracting Authority, specifies that it will conclude the contract with the winning bidder only to the extent that the necessary funds for the procurement will be ensured.
