The scope of the contract includes the delivery and installation and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic system and energy storage on the buildings and parking canopies of the Warmian-Masurian Center for Lung Diseases in Olsztyn, at 78 Jagiellońska Street. The total power is a minimum of 250 KW. The contractor will provide continuous supervision over the construction and installation works performed by individuals holding qualifications for independent construction roles in construction, in the structural engineering and installation specialization concerning electrical networks, installations, and devices, as well as electroenergetic systems.
Installation works will be carried out by individuals with the necessary qualifications:
a) at least one person holding the Qualification Certificate Group 1 in the field of supervision of devices, installations, and networks with a nominal voltage up to 1 kV,
b) at least one person holding the Qualification Certificate Group 1 in the field of operation of devices, installations, and networks with a nominal voltage up to 1 kV.
The contractor will provide an unconditional warranty for the entire installed photovoltaic system for a period of 5/7 years. Connection of the photovoltaic installation to the existing electroenergetic network and the Client's Ethernet network. Configuration of the installation and preliminary commissioning along with necessary measurements and tests. Preparation and provision to the Client, no later than on the day of commissioning of the installation, of the as-built documentation in 1 copy, in both paper and electronic form on a USB drive. Documented submission of the connection of the completed photovoltaic installation to the energy company and to the State Fire Service.
