Public procurement of electric buses, electric minibuses and related charging stations, within the projects "Development of the ecological public transport system through the purchase of clean vehicles and charging stations" and "Development of the ecological public transport system through the purchase of clean vehicles and charging stations in partnership with Ciugud commune" - financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, on 2 lots as follows:
I. Supply of electric buses, including related slow and fast charging stations – Lot 1 – Electric buses 21 pcs., including Slow and fast charging stations – 21 slow and 7 fast
II. Supply of electric minibuses, including related slow charging stations – Lot 2 - Electric minibuses 6 pcs., including slow charging stations – 6 slow
Taking into account the report of necessity no. 131105 / 15.11.2023 of the Department of International Relations, Partnerships and Urban Innovation, it is necessary to purchase 21 electric buses of about 12 m and 6 non-polluting minibuses, including a number of 27 slow charging stations, respectively 1 fast charging station – en route that will be financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan following the conclusion of financing contracts 26249 / 06.03.2023 and 134692 / 28.11.2022 concluded between the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration and UAT Alba Iulia.
The report proposes: approving the procurement of electric buses, electric minibuses and related charging stations, within the projects "Development of the ecological public transport system through the purchase of clean vehicles and charging stations" and "Development of the ecological public transport system through the purchase of clean vehicles and charging stations in partnership with Ciugud commune", auction with 2 lots.
Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP https://e-licitatie.ro/pub .
The number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders shall be 18 days.
The contracting authority shall reply clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.

The supply of electric minibuses and related charging stations, within the projects "Development of the ecological public transport system through the purchase of clean vehicles and charging stations" and "Development of the ecological public transport system through the purchase of clean vehicles and charging stations in partnership with Ciugud commune" - financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan - Lot 2 provides for the purchase of 6 non-polluting minibuses, together with 6 slow charging stations that will be owned by Alba Iulia Municipality and will serve public transport.
