TASK I
Expansion of the ITS system in Opole under the design and build formula
The subject of the order is the execution of the task titled: "Expansion of the ITS system in Opole under the design and build formula" concerning the territorial and functional expansion of the existing solution improving traffic in both the public transport segment and individual transport, in a wide range in the area of the city of Opole.
TASK II
Comprehensive maintenance of the existing ITS system in Opole and expanded elements under TASK I
The scope of maintenance work concerns the entire infrastructure of the existing and expanded ITS system in Opole, where the System infrastructure includes all components of the Intelligent Transport System implemented in the city of Opole (according to the as-built documentation – Annex No. 3.1 to the SOPZ), along with all elements of the functional subsystems, including all components of the physical, IT, virtual infrastructure, etc., as well as all infrastructure elements of traffic lights constructed as part of other investment tasks and included in the System (according to calculations in Annex No. 4 to the SOPZ), all infrastructure and configuration of objects/devices connected to the System during its operation/usage and all implemented configurations and settings, including those related to integration with external systems and data sources.

Expansion/modernization of the ITS system in Opole under the design and build formula
The subject of the order is the execution of the task titled: "Expansion of the ITS system in Opole under the design and build formula" concerning the territorial and functional expansion of the existing solution improving traffic in both the public transport segment and individual transport, in a wide range in the area of the city of Opole.
TASK IV
Comprehensive maintenance of the expanded elements of the ITS system in Opole under the optional scope
Maintenance of the elements of the ITS system in Opole expanded/modernized under the optional scope for a maximum period of 30 months (in words: thirty months) from the date of acceptance of a given part.
The order will be carried out under the regional program European Funds for Opole 2021-2027 as part of the Project "Safe transport in the Opole Agglomeration".

The contracting authority informs that in accordance with the provisions of Article 133, paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Law in relation to Article 18, paragraph 4 of the Act on Public Procurement Law, it cannot disclose part of the SWZ on the website of the conducted proceedings due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained in the specific part of the SWZ given below.
The contracting authority indicates that confidential information includes all places in the documentation that are obscured in the documentation available at the above link, which concern: legally protected information, i.e.:
a) related to privacy protection, i.e. personal data, which is not subject to disclosure within the ongoing proceedings – this data is not needed to properly describe the subject of the order by the Contracting Authority and to prepare an offer by Contractors,
b) related to the protection of classified information, marked as "classified" based on Article 5, paragraph 4 of the Act of August 5, 2010 on the protection of classified information (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1209), as unauthorized disclosure of this information may have a harmful impact on public safety.
The documentation in the part covered by the "classified" clause will not be posted on the website of the proceedings but will be made available to Contractors under the following conditions:
1) The documentation will be provided based on a signed request by authorized persons representing the Contractor along with a statement as an attachment No. 8 to the SWZ, under the conditions specified in this attachment;
2) The request referred to in point 1 will be submitted to the email address: zamowienia@mzd.opole.pl no later than by the end of the deadline for submitting offers specified in Chapter 19 of the SWZ;
3) The Contractor will receive the packed documentation to the email address indicated in the request as a link to download password-protected content;
4) In the application, the Contractor will indicate the phone number to which they will be provided the password to open the documentation.
