This assignment involves concluding a framework agreement for carrying out maintenance, inspections, and validation procedures of the continuous emission measurement of the combustion installation in building 137X (Cilva), in accordance with the VLAREM II regulations.
The bidder must specify the price for:
• Maintenance:
o Biannual maintenance of the installation including the replacement of parts
o Hourly rate for ad hoc services that may arise from the inspections.
• Inspection and validation:
o a 3-year QAL2 (1 piece)
o an annual AST inspection (3 pieces) when no QAL2 is provided
Maintenance on one hand and inspection and validation on the other must be carried out by separate entities that guarantee the entirety of the service in subcontracting. The offer must clearly indicate who acts as the main contractor and subcontractor. The inspections and validation procedures must be carried out by a recognized laboratory in the air discipline.
