This assignment involves the deployment of Traffic Light Control using C-ITS technology as part of Mobilidata or another platform that complies with CROW standards. The assignment consists of two components: 1. Traffic light control with a priority request for Public Transport (PT): De Lijn must reliably and accurately register its vehicles on the ‘Core’ of Mobilidata or on another platform that works with CROW standards. De Lijn will provide location and scheduling data to the contractor. The bidder must submit the priority request as accurately as possible based on the available data. 2. Feedback from the Mobilidata Use Cases to the back-end of De Lijn: Mobilidata provides various Use Cases where feedback can be given up to the vehicle. The feedback of messages must be provided up to the back-end at De Lijn. Feedback up to the vehicle is outside the scope of this assignment. In this context, De Lijn is looking for a single Service Provider who can provide the connection with Mobilidata or another platform that works with CROW standards for both.
